In Consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants participants and spectators, by execution of this entry form, release and discharge the Kiwanis Club of Queen Creek, Maricopa County Sheriff Office, The Town of Queen Creek, Queen Creek School District, and the Queen Creek Businesses, event sponsors and volunteers from any and all known damages, injuries judgments, and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by and entrant to his/her person or property. Participants are liable for all guests registered under their vehicle number.
